Fractional ownership of a Four Seasons lowers your cost of ownership when compared to outright ownership. However owners still enjoy the benefits that all owners at Four Seasons Resort Nevis have. For those unable to spend more time on Nevis than desired, the fractional program is a wonderful way to return to your favorite Caribbean island.

  • Ten owner’s per villa
    • You are entitled to use the villa in which you purchased a share.
  • 5-weeks annual usage per year
    • 2-weeks in the high season months
    • 3-weeks in the low season months
    • 2-week period around Christmas is placed into the rental pool to take advantage of the higher than average rental rates over the holiday period.
  • Share the operational costs of the villa amongst the ten-owners
  • Purchase qualifies for Citizenship by Investment in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
  • Un-used weeks are eligible to share rental income from the season they aren’t used.
