For those unable to spend more time on Nevis than desired, the fractional program is a wonderful way to return to your favorite Caribbean island.
- Ten owner’s per villa
- You are entitled to use the villa in which you purchased a share.
- 5-weeks annual usage per year
- 2-weeks in the high season months
- 3-weeks in the low season months
- 2-week period around Christmas is placed into the rental pool to take advantage of the higher than average rental rates over the holiday period.
- Share the operational costs of the villa amongst the ten-owners
- Purchase qualifies for Citizenship by Investment in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
- Un-used weeks are eligible to share rental income from the season they aren’t used.
