Quick fire questions with owner Hedda Wienpahl

What would you recommend to first time diners?
Hedda says, “Our burgers are a stand-out favorite; you can choose from prime Angus beef, chicken fillet, or fresh fish and jazz it up with a range of classic flavor combinations. My guilty pleasure is one of our delicious salads; fresh lettuce, nuts, roasted peppers, artichoke, asparagus, and goat cheese, it’s divine!”

Tell me something interesting about yourself:
“I’m a very passionate person and I relish any opportunity to be creative. I love owning a restaurant and a development; it keeps me on my toes all the time. I like things to be tidy and clean, fresh and healthy, but I’m always ready for some fun!”

What is your favorite place or activity on Nevis?
“I love to be active when I have time. I love hiking Nevis Peak, and playing tennis and golf at the Four Seasons Resort. My favorite places for dinner and drinks are Indian Summer, Sunshine’s, and Turtle Time. I also love to visit the stylish Salt Plage in St. Kitts.”
