Activity at the resort this spring was strong through April into the beginning of May. At one point in the middle of April, there were so many villa rental golf carts parked at the Great House that it reminded me of the festive period this year.

The strong resort activity created a number of showings, resulting in a number of excellent leads, all from lifestyle buyers and long-time resort guests.

We welcomed Christian de Meillac from London in mid-April. Christian received an extensive property tour, including touring all available villas listed for sale by FSRE. Christian provided valuable feedback to us and most importantly familiarized himself with the villas.

The week after we hosted Neal Sroka from Douglas Elliman in New York. Neal is very excited to be involved in Nevis and is planning an event in the Hamptons focused on Four Seasons Resort Estates Nevis.
