The Caribbean has become a hotbed for residential resort activity, with branded residences surging in popularity.

That includes Four Seasons, which has a growing portfolio of branded residences in development from Belize to Cartagena to The Bahamas.

Now, another Four Seasons branded residential project is underway.

The new, Nevis Peak Residences on the grounds of the Four Seasons Resort Nevis officially broke ground.

The event was attended by representatives of St. Kitts & Nevis Sotheby’s International Realty – the exclusive sales broker of the complex – as well as contractor F.S.R. Estates Limited, Four Seasons Resorts Nevis, local government officials and prospective buyers

The complex will include 58 total units across six buildings, dotting the broader complex’s Robert Trent Jones II golf course’s 7 and 8 fairways. The residences will span one- to three-bedrooms, 1,725 to 3,730 square feet and start, pre-construction, at $1.43 million.

This has been years in the making and the views of the Caribbean and Nevis Peak will be simply unparalleled,” said Neil Paine, managing partner of St. Kitts & Nevis Sotheby’s International Realty, during the on-site ceremony attended by Caribbean Journal.

Today, the Four Seasons Nevis is among 55 total Four Seasons properties worldwide with a residential component. It is clad with two-story cottages and is home to 165 guest rooms, the largest tennis complex in the Caribbean, three pools, four restaurants, three bars as well as a total of 80 existing residences across its 350 total acres.

On the residential front, the Villas at Pinney’s Beach portion of the broader grounds recently announced its expansion, with redesigned and reimagined villas. Some of the newest residences – tucked on the 4 fairway of the golf course with private pools, vaulted ceilings and high-tech kitchens – span four- to fivebedrooms and start at $3.95 million. Eight are currently occupied with another seven in predevelopment.

As for the newly unveiled Nevis Peak Residences, they will be sold fully furnished, with open-concept living and entertaining spaces. Touches include floor-to-ceiling windows, natural wood and local stone accents and covered terraces. Architects include 79 Design and Plan Studios as well as interiors with a modern Caribbean flair by Ward & Co. In addition to a residents-only clubhouse and pool, all Nevis Peak Residences owners will have access to the amenities at Four Seasons Resort Nevis.
