David Chekemian and Richard Maltz have re-launched the Four Seasons Resort Estate (FSRE) Holdings Limited, a company headquartered in Nevis, West Indies.
FSRE Holdings Limited is a specialised real estate investment development company with extensive experience in custom luxury villas and residences.
FSRE has built over 90 villas at The Four Seasons Resort in Nevis.
Having purchased the Four Seasons Resort Estates Limited in May 2022, the partners bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the luxury real estate market in the region and are committed to the ongoing growth of the Four Seasons Resort Nevis (FSRN).
Former Vice President of Four Seasons Resort Estates, Chekemian was an integral part of the sales and development of The Villas at Four Seasons Resort Nevis.
Maltz fell in love with the captivating island of Nevis when he first visited nearly twenty years ago. Since then, he had acquired, redeveloped, and brokered more than two billion dollars USD of real estate properties throughout the US and Caribbean.
Both partners have been a dedicated part of the Nevis local community and resort development since 2005.
