Debut first phase of its multimillion-dollar renovation project in December

The Caribbean Journal reported October 17, 2018 that Four Seasons Resort Nevis is set to debut the first phase of its multi-million dollar renovation project in December.  The first phase of the 189-room resort will be completed by December 10 with completely redesigned guest rooms, an updated Great House lobby and the addition of a new restaurant and bar.

The new food and beverage concepts include the Mediterranean-focused EsQuilina and the Crowned Monkey Rhum Bar, named for the Green Vervet monkeys who call Nevis home.

Four Seasons Resort Nevis opened February 14, 1991 and has become a home away from home to over 100 homeowners of private villas and residences known as Four Seasons Resort Estates Nevis. FSR Estates Ltd is the exclusive developer of the residential community. $65 million in new construction has been built since 2014, with over $35 million in previously owned homes being resold in the same time frame. FSR Estates employs local craftsmen and sub-contractors to deliver the world-wide standards of the Four Seasons brand to homeowners here on Nevis.

Our newest residential community is home to a massive $30 million compound completed in January 2018 including 22,000 square feet of interior residential space, a tennis court, staff villa and outdoor dining pavilion.  Only 17 home-sites remain in this exclusive community.
