Four Seasons Resort Estates has executed an exclusive marketing agreement with two of the leading real estate brokerages in the world, Knight Frank (London) and Douglas Elliman (New York).

Villas listed for sale with Four Seasons Resort Estates will be featured on Knight Frank’s and Douglas Elliman’s websites and worldwide search engines.

Four Seasons Resort Estates signed the agreement with Knight Frank’s Caribbean desk to be its marketing partner. Knight Frank has 335 offices worldwide with over 12,000 agents.

Further, Four Seasons Resort Estates will also be represented by one of Douglas Elliman’s top international brokers, Neal Sroka and his team. Douglas Elliman were established in 1911 and has grown to become New York’s fourth largest real estate company. Douglas Elliman has 70 offices throughout the greater New York City area, Florida, California and Connecticut, with over 5,000 brokers.

Four Seasons Resort Estates will engage in a targeted European PR, marketing and advertising campaign led by Knight Frank in London. Director, Eric Johnson travelled to London this spring to work with their top brokers and meet the European press. Members of Knight Frank’s Caribbean desk also travelled to Nevis this spring to tour the property, learn more about Four Seasons Resort Estates – Nevis and get to know the team, including Nevis Style Realty.
