Nevis is the place for quiet & peaceful luxury

Barack  and Michele Obama arrived in the British Virgin Islands on Monday for a well-deserved vacation. The former first couple arrived at Terrence B Lettsome International Airport Monday evening on Sir Richard Branson’s private jet “Galactic Girl” after departing Palm Springs Monday morning.

Meanwhile here on Nevis, we are enjoying true Caribbean peace and quiet. Homeowners and guests alike are accustomed to living and vacationing in luxury villas along the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones golf course in complete privacy at Four Seasons Resort EstatesNevis.

Our homeowners come to Nevis to truly get away from it all!

Long known for its quiet idyllic neighborhoods, Four Seasons Resort Estates Nevis sits on 350 Acres near Pinney’s Beach. Founded over 25 years ago, homeowners from 22 countries call one of the 81 existing villas their home away from home. All homeowners enjoy the legendary service and world-wide standard established by Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Everyone enjoys the amenities and activities of the resort club, including championship golf, our 10-court tennis center operated by Peter Burwash International, Four Seasons Spa, three-swimming pools and water sports activities at the beach club.

Four Seasons Resort Estates Nevis offers land available for purchase where you can design a custom home, or purchase one of our award-winning Villas at Pinney’s Beach; sold fully furnished in fractions and whole ownership. For those seeking immediate satisfaction we markets pre-owned homes priced from $1.3 to $7.2 million. Four Seasons Resort Estates Nevis proudly builds all homes with local craftsman and skilled contractors capable of building and achieving an international standard of quality and luxury.

On Nevis you won’t read reports of Mariah Carey, Kate Winslet, Robert DeNiro, Nelson Mandela, Kate Moss or Google co-founder Larry Page visiting the island. Celebrities or those not so famous come to Nevis to unwind and not be talked about in the press. While Prince Harry recently visited Four Seaons Resort Nevis, his was an official visit as The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis is a member of the Commonwealth of Nations.

Of course we welcome everyone with the same friendly smile, and we’ll remain quiet about your visit if you’d like us to!
