Four Seasons Estate Resorts and Nevis Style Realty have decided to end their relationship selling real estate at Four Seasons Resort Estates.

While Nevis Style Realty is moving on, we expect to continue our excellent working relationship with Helene and the team at NSR. We wish them the best of luck as they focus on their own business.

The Four Seasons Resort Estates sales office will be staffed by myself and our newest addition to the team, Llluana “Lulu” Boon. Lulu will be focused on real estate sales for all local and resort guests, as well as conducting villa and property tours. Lulu will also take the lead in bringing back the weekly villa tour that introduced so many of you to the villas.

I will continue to oversee all activity in the sales office, including growing our external partnerships with Knight Frank and Douglas Elliman, with the goal of giving maximum exposure to all properties listed for sale with Four Seasons Resort Estates.

It is with sadness, but also trepidation, that I want to share my decision to leave Four Seasons Resort Estates sales office.

My experience with Four Seasons Resort Estates has been invaluable and I am grateful for the time I spent in the office. Nevis Style Realty has expanded significantly during the past two years and gone through personnel changes. My return in the company’s fold has become pressing. I am excited to be more involved again in my own business.

We will continue partnering with Four Seasons Resort Estates as an outside broker. I intend on using the knowledge and experience gained for the benefits of our clients as well as yours. Your home will remain featured on Nevis Style Realty’s website, but also all the other websites where we market our properties.

Spring Activity

Four Seasons Resort Estates has seen a large increase in the number of lifestyle buyers interested in villas and property this spring. We have seen a noticeable drop-off in citizenship buyers due to the length of processing time taken by the CIU.

We are pleased to have two Palm Grove Villas under contract, a Stewart’s Estates lot going under contract to a great family from the US and we sold “homeowner owned” lot 1706.

Representatives from Knight Frank and Douglas Elliman arrive on the island next week to start the kick-off of our worldwide sales program.
